Quotations

Quotations are based on the goods, addresses and services shared during the enquiry or survey. If the quantity of goods, access conditions or services change, the charges may change accordingly. Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance. The balance is payable as per the schedule in the quotation. Tolls, parking, society charges and similar costs are payable at actuals unless included in the quotation.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about goods, addresses, floors and lift access.
• Arrange building or society permissions for loading and unloading.
• Keep cash, jewellery, documents and other valuables in your personal custody.
• Do not hand over prohibited, hazardous or illegal goods for transport.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please inform us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation charges, if any, depend on how close to the moving date the request is made and the costs already incurred, as mentioned in your booking terms.

Liability and transit insurance

We take all reasonable care in packing, handling and transporting goods. Transit insurance is recommended and, when opted for, claims are governed by the insurer's terms. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Delays

Transit times are estimates. Delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, government restrictions or other events beyond our control are not the company's liability, but we will keep you informed.
