Most moving problems come from poor planning - wrong vehicle size, not enough packing material, or unclear charges. Our process is designed so that every detail is agreed before moving day.
Here is how a typical household move works with us. Office, vehicle and intercity moves follow the same steps with a few additions.

From enquiry to settled in
Survey
For bigger moves we do a video or on-site survey to understand the exact goods.
Quotation
You receive an itemised quotation covering packing, labour, transport and add-ons.
Booking & planning
On confirmation we fix the date, vehicle, crew size and packing material.
Packing
Items are packed with suitable material and cartons are labelled room-wise.
Loading
Heavy items are loaded first and secured to prevent movement in transit.
Transportation
Goods travel in a suitable vehicle; you get updates for intercity moves.
Unloading & unpacking
We unload, place furniture and cartons room-wise and help unpack if booked.
What you should do on moving day
- Keep valuables, documents and medicines with you.
- Do a final walk-through of every room and cupboard.
- Note meter readings and hand over keys as required.
- Check goods against the inventory at delivery before signing.

How long does packing take?
A typical 2BHK is packed in a few hours with a standard crew. Larger homes or more fragile items take longer.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Basic dismantling and reassembly is handled by the crew; carpentry for complex furniture can be added to the quote.
