Damage during a move usually comes from rushed packing, poor loading or goods shifting inside the vehicle. We control each of these with the right material, trained handling and proper securing inside the truck.
For extra protection, especially on intercity moves, we recommend transit insurance so that you are covered against unforeseen events on the road.

About transit insurance
Transit insurance covers loss or damage to goods during transportation, subject to the policy terms. The premium is generally a small percentage of the declared value of your goods.
Declare the correct value of your goods, keep the inventory list, and report any damage at the time of delivery so a claim can be raised quickly.

- Point out fragile and high-value items to the team leader before packing.
- Keep cash, jewellery and documents with you, not in the truck.
- Check the inventory at delivery before signing.
