Services

Digital Five Star Packers and Movers provides packing and moving services for residential and commercial clients. Services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of goods. Additional services such as storage, insurance, and special handling may be provided upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

Booking and Payment

Booking of services can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our office.

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Online Payment Terms & Conditions

Online payments for the transportation and packing will only be taken into account if the funds required have been received and deposited to the company' bank account.

If you decide to cancel your reservation after paying online, you will get your refund within 30 business days of the money being deposited into the company's bank account.

Refunds for payments made through our payment gateway are subject to our refund policy as outlined in our general terms and conditions.

Unless the company determines that the cancellation was the result of extraordinary circumstances, deposits are non-refundable.
